By accessing or using the App, You ("User") unconditionally agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. Definitions

"Company" shall mean iDigitalPreneur Pvt Ltd.
"Services" shall mean the facilitation of submission of loan applications to Partner Banks/NBFCs via the LOANSHOWN App.

2. Eligibility

Only individuals who are of legal age (18 years and above) and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, shall be eligible to access or use the Services.

3. Services Offered

The Company merely facilitates forwarding of Your loan application to Partner Banks and NBFCs. It does not guarantee, assure, or undertake the sanction or disbursement of any loan applied through the App.

4. No Fees

The Company does not charge any service fees from Users for submission of loan applications.

5. User Obligations

The User agrees:

• To provide true, accurate, current, and complete information;
• To use the App only for lawful purposes;
• Not to engage in any unauthorized access or tampering with the App.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in relation to the App shall vest exclusively with the Company. Unauthorized use of any material may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offense.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or expense arising out of or in connection with:

• Any denial, rejection, or delay in loan processing by Partner Banks/NBFCs;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided;
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of User data.

8. Indemnity

The User hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with breach of these Terms.

9. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate User access without notice in the event of breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
The Courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to the App.
